Services Policy
To secure your session, Michelle Barros ’Atelier requires 30% booking fee, no
refundable.
If you need to reschedule, contact us to arrange another day and time.
Sessions take place at a location agree upon between you and your consultant – I will
welcome clients in my own studio, or I can travel to your home for the service.
The remaining balance (70%) is to be paid directly to your consultant on the day of your
appointment.
This policy ensures your spot is reserved and allows Michelle Barros to prepare all
materials for a personalized and incredible experience.
Products: Return &Shipping
Dear customer, according to our exchange policy, you have 7 days after your purchase
to exchange the product.
The product must be in perfect condition and with the original label attached.
We do not accept exchange of used product, or damage by misuse
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that
we received your item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed between 7-10 business
day.
